Do you want to be an assistant camp counselor? If so, this award winning program
is for you. The CIT program provides a chance to develop work skills with
on-the-job training. CITs
provide assistance to a counselor (mentor) and receive daily evaluations to
encourage proper work etiquette. The CIT is able to learn while interacting with
youth with special needs
and take pride in their work. Salary reimbursements are issued based on
performance.
NOTE: Teens must interview for the CIT position and interviews must be completed
by May 8, 2008. There will be a mandatory training session for all CITs on
Thursday, June 12,
2008. See criteria below.
