Take off this Summer for an “Expedition Across Lake County.” Each day will be a
new adventure as we go on field trips to pools, museums, parks, arcades and many
more. Create
lasting memories as you meet new friends, renew old friendships and have new
experiences.
NOTE: See criteria below. If you are not going to eat lunch with the group,
please arrive at the campsite by 12:30 p.m. Also, if your child is going to
Summer School, they must be at
the campsite by 12:30 p.m. and have already eaten lunch. Groups will be formed
once registration is closed.
Group: All individuals, ages 13-25 years
Time: 11:30 p.m.-4:30 p.m.
Fee: $480.00
Location: Various
Min/Max: 5/12 per group
NOTE: The Lake Zurich drop off must have a minimum of three (3) participants in
order for transportation to be provided at that location.
Drop Off: 11:30 a.m., St. Peter’s Church, Lake Zurich
11:30 p.m., Hawthorn Middle School North, Vernon Hills
Pick Up: 4:30 p.m., SRACLC Office, Vernon Hills

1. Independent personal care
2. Ability to refrain from any physical or verbal outbursts
3. Ability to receive and interpret directions
4. Ability to stay within a large public area without continuous prompting
5. Ability to interact appropriately according to setting
6. Ability to function in a 1 to 5 staff ratio
